If you keep using Our Website after the changes go live, you’re agreeing to the new Terms. If you don’t agree, your only option is to stop using Our Website.

2. We Don’t Sell Travel Products

Aeroflot is a travel search engine—not a travel agency. That means:

We don’t own or sell the flights, hotels, rental cars, packages, or insurance you find through us.
These services are offered by independent third parties (“Travel Providers”), who are responsible for what they offer.
Your booking is subject to the terms of that Travel Provider, and it’s your responsibility to review and accept them.
If something goes wrong, you’ll need to resolve it with the Travel Provider—not us.

We show prices and details based on information Travel Providers share with us, but we don’t guarantee their accuracy. Prices can change fast, and fees like baggage, payment surcharges, and local taxes might not be included. Also, currency conversions on Our Website are just estimates—your card provider may use a different rate and may charge additional fees.

3. Bookings via Aeroflot

If you book something through Our Website, you’re booking directly with the Travel Provider. We simply connect you to them. So, if any issue comes up, you’ll need to reach out to that provider—not us.

4. Intellectual Property

We and our partners own the content on Our Website—including text, images, software, trademarks, and logos—unless it’s user-generated. You can use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any trademarks or brand names of third parties mentioned here belong to them.

5. Your Use of Our Website

You must be of legal age and able to enter into binding contracts to use Our Website.

You agree not to:

Share your account info without care—you’re responsible for what happens under your login.
Use Our Website for anything fraudulent or illegal.
Try to scrape, hack, or overload the site.
Violate any intellectual property laws.
Post abusive, misleading, or offensive content.

We may suspend or end your access at any time, for any reason.

6. Trips Feature

When you use the “Trips” feature, you’re responsible for the information you upload or share. We may use it (and make copies) for things like service improvements and marketing. You can delete it, but we still retain the rights to what you’ve shared with us.

7. Respecting Intellectual Property

Please don’t upload or post anything you don’t have rights to. If you believe your copyright or trademark has been violated, check out our complaint process.

8. No Guarantees

Our Website and the content on it are provided “as-is.” We don’t guarantee accuracy, reliability, or availability, and we may not always show the best prices. We also don’t promise that every Travel Provider or deal will be listed.

9. Our Liability Is Limited

12. Airline Ticketing Rules

Tricks like “hidden-city ticketing” or buying overlapping tickets to game the system can violate airline policies. This may lead to ticket cancellation or extra charges.

13. Hacker Fares

Some search results may show you two one-way flights or separate bookings. These are called “Hacker Fares.” If one flight changes, the other isn’t automatically updated, and separate rules apply.

14. General Terms

We can change Our Website and these Terms anytime. Continued use means you accept the changes.

Legal matters will be governed by Indian law. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain valid. Disputes must be handled individually, not as part of a class action, and you agree to resolve them in courts located in New Haven, Connecticut (India).

We welcome feedback—but if you share ideas with us, we may use them freely, without compensating you. Don’t submit confidential or proprietary info you don’t want us to use.
