The carriage is limited to three people per flight and is applicable only within the Russian Federation. The applicants should be the actual patient.
Supporting documents like, extract from the protocol of the medical commission, including patient’s identity details, name and details of the medical organization and planned admission date.
Medical history extract, including diagnosis, time and place of the planned surgery, hospital seal and signature of the chief medical officer.

For the death of family or relatives

Registered medical death certificate (from N106/-08, original or copy), confirming the death took places within 10 days before the scheduled departure day.
Documents proving of kinship (original or copy), applicable only for close family member, such as, spouse, children, parents, and siblings (including half-siblings).

The travel destination should match with either the medical organization where the patient is receiving treatment or the nearest city with available flight if there is no direct flight to that location.

Aeroflot Bonus Miles is not applicable for passengers traveling on these special fares.
